- My name is Bruno Trindade and i am working on my "Undergraduate Student
- Project". The name of the project is "Human Faces Interactive
- Synthesis".
- The objective of the project is to make a program that generates a
- "police artist's rendering"(I think this is the proper name) for
- criminal recognition.
-
- To make the program we are using a polygonal model.
-
- The program as to work in Windows, so we are using BorlandC.
-
- We need a C graphics library, that allow's us to see the WireFrame,
- the visible polygons, the shadows from different light sources, etc. And
- that also performs other features like rendering, texture mapping and
- the rotation of the object.
-
- We were advised to use the MESA package of the OpenGL.
-
- Things were fine until we tried to use opengl with BorlanC4.5.
- We can't use the Opengl functions and the windows that are defined at
- BorlandC 4.5 libraries simultaneously.
-
- If you have any idea how to solve this problem please send us an
- E-mail.
-
- Do you know if there is a WinGL version ?
-
- We know that VisualC 4.0 has a opengl library included. Do you advise
- us to use it instead of borlandC ?
-
-
- we are greatfull for your help.
